How the Carebox Connect Network Works
Patients and caregivers enter the network through trusted, condition-focused experiences, including advocacy organization websites and the public Carebox Connect website at connect.careboxhealth.com. After completing condition-based questionnaires, patients are matched to relevant treatment options in research using reusable, condition-based eligibility logic.
When criteria are met, patients can move forward to referral; if no current trial is relevant, they remain connected through patient registries and can be re-engaged as new trials or sites become available.
Who Participates in the Carebox Connect Network
Patients and Caregivers
Patients use the network to identify clinical trials that may be relevant based on eligibility criteria. They complete condition-based evaluation once, avoiding repeated study-by-study pre-screeners, and remain connected to relevant research opportunities when no current trial is a fit.
Advocacy Organizations
Advocacy organizations participate in the network to better serve their communities by connecting members to potential treatment options in research. The network provides a high-quality trial discovery, evaluation, and referral experience that aligns with advocacy organizations’ missions and community engagement efforts.
Sponsors
Sponsors participate in the network to reach patients through trusted, condition-focused experiences, receive referrals from pre-screened patients, and gain insight into how their trials perform within the network and among studies targeting the same patient populations.

For individual studies, the network supports the Carebox Connect Trial Subscription offering, with trial pages and evaluation delivered directly through the network.
As part of the network, advocacy organizations receive no-cost or low-cost branded Carebox Connect instances in support of their missions to help patients access research opportunities and advance cures.
